Rachel was last seen on Chatsworth Avenue in Fleetwood at approximately 09:30am on Friday 27 March 2026. Since this time, she has not been located, and enquiries are ongoing to establish her whereabouts.
She is described as approximately 5ft 2in tall, of medium build, with red dyed hair. She has a distinctive “wild heart” tattoo on her eyebrow and a large tattoo on her chest, which may help members of the public recognise her.
At the time she was last seen, Rachel was wearing blue/green leggings and an unknown top.
